A beautiful holistic blend of Reiki, Mandala Art and Shamanism.

A Workshop Designed exclusively by women for women.

Women experience stress differently—particularly during perimenopause, menopause, family life and major life transitions. Hormonal shifts can intensify fatigue, anxiety, sleep disruption, and cognitive overload. Research in neuroscience and women’s health shows that reactivating the parasympathetic Nervous System (P.S.N.S) can be activated through calming activities in a safe environment.

This practice has been shown to:

  • Lower cortisol and stress-related inflammation

  • Support nervous system and hormonal balance

  • Reduce blood pressure and cardiovascular strain

  • Ease anxiety, emotional volatility, and mental fatigue

  • Improve sleep quality, focus, and cognitive clarity

  • Restore resilience during perimenopause and menopause

  • Immersion in forest environments activates the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s restorative state—allowing deep recovery without effort or performance. The result is a sense of calm authority, embodied presence, and renewed energy.

 

This is a women-only, evidence-informed experience, intentionally designed to feel safe, private, and deeply nourishing. A rare opportunity to step away from relentless demands and reconnect with clarity, vitality, and self-trust— at your own pace.

What to Expect:

A private, women-only immersion in a spectacular natural sanctuary—ancient woods, ponds, orchards, and curated gardens—designed for deep parasympathetic nervous system reset & restoration.

Gentle Arrival & Grounding

You’ll be welcomed into a private, tranquil sanctuary—women-only, intentionally limited, and removed from the outside world. Soft natural textures, gentle scents, and a calm, supportive presence help you exhale the day. A brief orientation and slow breath work settle the nervous system—grounded in science, held with care. 

Reiki - Led by Meg

Led by an experienced Reiki practitioner, Meg will lead you to connect to your body through meditation, gentle breathing and energy. The intention is not exercise—it to reset your parasympathetic nervous system.

Mandala Art - Led by Lauren

In a quiet space you will be guided through a mandala art practice—an intuitive, meditative process that supports emotional processing and mental clarity. No art experience is required; this is about presence and inner alignment.

 

Shamanic Journey - Led by Cathy

A gentle guided introduction in the Spirit world by listening to the drum - setting an intention, & restoring your connection to yourself.

Deep Restoration & Reflection

You’ll end the session with a gentle closing ritual that supports grounding, integration, and a calm return to daily life. Many participants leave feeling renewed, clear-headed, and more embodied & present.

Experience Timeline (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

10:00 – 10:20 | Arrival & Warm Introduction 

  • Private welcome and brief orientation

  • Gentle grounding exercise to transition from “doing” to “being”

  • Overview of the science-backed practice and intentions for the day

10:20 – 11:20 |  Reiki & Meditation led by Meg

  • Healing deep meditation & Relaxation

11:20 – 11:30 | Rest & Refresh

  • Quiet time to hydrate, journal, or simply rest against nature

  • Optional herbal tea in a shaded, secluded setting

11:30 – 12:30 | Mandala Art Integration with Lauren

  • Guided mandala creation using natural materials

  • Express your thoughts & emotions 

  • No art experience required—this is about presence, not performance

12:30 – 12:50pm | Nourish & Pause

  • Light, nourishing refreshment (seasonal, locally sourced) vegetarian light nourishing bites.

  • Time for quiet reflection or journaling

12:50 – 1:50 | Shamanic Journey

  • A guided journey using the drum to connect with Spirit/Energy

  • Asking for guidance, & setting an intention

1:50 – 2:00 | Closing Nature Immersion - Departure

  • Closing ritual and intention-setting for return to daily life

  • Discreet departure, feeling restored, clear, and grounded
