Designed exclusively
Science-Backed Restoration for
Women Leaders Entrepreneurs & Founders.
Executive women experience stress differently—particularly during perimenopause, menopause, family life and major life transitions, when hormonal shifts can intensify fatigue, anxiety, sleep disruption, and cognitive overload. Research in neuroscience and women’s health shows that guided forest bathing can gently yet effectively support the body’s natural regulation systems.
This practice has been shown to:
-
Lower cortisol and stress-related inflammation
-
Support nervous system and hormonal balance
-
Reduce blood pressure and cardiovascular strain
-
Ease anxiety, emotional volatility, and mental fatigue
-
Improve sleep quality, focus, and cognitive clarity
-
Restore resilience during perimenopause and menopause
-
Immersion in forest environments activates the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s restorative state—allowing deep recovery without effort or performance. The result is a sense of calm authority, embodied presence, and renewed energy.
This is a women-only, evidence-informed experience, intentionally designed to feel safe, private, and deeply nourishing. A rare opportunity to step away from relentless demands and reconnect with clarity, vitality, and self-trust— at your own pace.
What to Expect
A private, women-only immersion in a spectacular natural sanctuary—ancient woods, ponds, orchards, and curated gardens—designed for deep nervous system restoration.
-
Gentle Arrival & Grounding
You’ll be welcomed into a private, tranquil sanctuary—women-only, intentionally limited, and removed from the outside world. Soft natural textures, gentle scents, and a calm, supportive presence help you exhale the day. A brief orientation and slow breath work settle the nervous system—grounded in science, held with care.
-
Guided Shinrin-yoku
Led by an experienced facilitator, you’ll move slowly through the landscape, engaging the senses through mindful breathing, nature observation, and restorative pauses. The intention is not exercise—it is nervous system regulation.
-
Mandala Art for Integration
In a quiet, shaded space, you’ll be guided through a mandala art practice—an intuitive, meditative process that supports emotional processing and mental clarity. No art experience is required; this is about presence and inner alignment.
-
Deep Restoration & Reflection
You’ll end the session with a gentle closing ritual that supports grounding, integration, and a calm return to daily life. Many participants leave feeling renewed, clear-headed, and more embodied in their leadership presence.
