Surrey’s Learning and Counselling Centre provides a calm, confidential and supportive environment for counselling, neurodiversity-affirming therapy and professional learning. We support individuals, couples, families, adults and young people through therapeutic, creative and holistic approaches that promote emotional well-being, self-understanding, resilience and positive change.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy

We specialise in neurodiversity-affirming counselling and therapeutic support for neurodivergent adults, teenagers and families.

We recognise that neurodivergent people may experience the world, relationships, communication, emotions and sensory environments differently. Our approach seeks to understand and respect individual differences rather than expecting people to fit a particular mould.

We offer a supportive environment in which clients can explore their experiences, identity, relationships, emotional well-being and personal goals in a way that feels authentic to them.

 

CPCAB-Accredited (TMQ) Level 5 Diploma

Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Professional Practice in Domestic Abuse – I.D.V.A Aligned

This specialist CPCAB-accredited programme is designed for professionals who wish to develop advanced knowledge and professional practice in relation to domestic abuse which includes (I.D.V.A) independent domestic violence advocacy.

The programme provides an opportunity to deepen understanding of domestic abuse, develop specialist knowledge and strengthen professional skills relevant to supporting individuals and families affected by domestic abuse.
