Booking an appointment is easy, we recommend a brief phone conversation after which we can book an initial assessment.

This session gives you and your family the opportunity to meet with your therapist to discuss your needs. 

We can accommodate clients that need wheelchair access. Contact SLCC before you arrive.

Operating Hours

We try to accommodate young clients who are attending school starting: 9am - 5pm

Flexible hours for working adult clients with options on weekends from 08.30am to 7.00pm.

Evening sessions available from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. On Saturdays we are open from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

 

Counselling Charges and Cancellation Policy

An Initial Consultation  can take up to  1½ hours at a cost of £135.00. We offer short-term and long-term counselling support either face-to-face or via Teams. Depending on your needs follow on sessions are 1 hour at a cost from £90.00 - £180. 

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Missed appointments will be charged at £90.00.

We accept most health insurance providers.

 

Clinical/Counselling Supervision

Suitable for qualified and trainee Counsellors £90  1.5 hours. We operate on a sliding scale, please contact me for more information.

Professional Training: CPCAB Accredited Tailormade (T.M.Q):

L5 Diploma in Advanced Professional Practice in In Domestic Abuse (I.D.V.A. - aligned) £2,750

Professional CPD Workshops

CPD workshops exploring Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and nature-based approaches in counselling. Participants learn practical ways to support grounding, relaxation and emotional regulation, including how mindful time in nature may activate the parasympathetic nervous system and help clients slow down and reconnect.

Small groups 15 max. CPD Certificates 3 hours. Lite bites refreshments. £35 per head.

Dyslexic Assessment

The assessment offers an official diagnosis of dyslexia and identifies any other underlying learning difficulties it usually takes 2.5 hours. 

Fee £675
