Clinical Supervision

As a Clinical Supervisor, I support practitioners through reflective, ethical and professionally accountable supervision. My approach encourages practitioners to consider their clinical work, professional responsibilities and the needs and wellbeing of the people they support.

Specialist Training & Domestic Abuse Practice

We are a CPCAB approved centre for a (TMQ) Accredited Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Professional Practice in Domestic Abuse I.D.V.A aligned, supporting practitioners undertaking advanced professional training in domestic abuse practice.

This area of professional practice is aligned with Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (I.D.V.A) principles and practice, with a focus on informed, ethical and safety-conscious approaches to supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse.

Professional & Collaborative Practice

My experience also includes working alongside Family Law Practitioners and other professionals, particularly where a coordinated and appropriately managed approach can support the client.

Across my practice, I take a practical and holistic approach to psychotherapy and emotional wellbeing, with professional support tailored to the individual, their circumstances and their specific needs.

 

Our high standards and level of professional experience has been acknowledged and rewarded by 'The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society' we proudly became a member of the Children and Young People's Therapist (CYPT) Accredited Register.

My experience working with young people in both independent and state sector of education gives me an insight into the 'whole situation'. Where possible we can work closely with educational settings and other professionals in managing and developing coping strategies that best suits the client’s needs.
